My husband took my two toddlers to this location this morning 8/31/17, 10:00 a.m. and according to my husband, Bertha and another staff member working at the time were very rude to my children. My daughter was so excited to go to the dentist office today, ( the "one with the slide") only to be yelled at by Bertha and her staff member, because she was pulling at the door and knocking on the glass 20 minutes until they opened their doors. I have directly received attitude from the staff here in the past, but it is a whole new low to tell at my children. Smile Center park north, do you hire people from half way houses and work release programs? Hire people with some compassion and humanity. Instead of ornery and rude people. After all, you do offer video games and a slide, why not think children would come in here.
