Went there for a sauna and 1hr float. The place is really well run, you can tell Willie (the owner) did his homework. This was my first float and it couldn't have gone better. The appointment kicked off with 15 mins in a beautiful dry sauna with pink Himalayan salt blocks. Sensa Float provides robes and towels to their guests as well as the option of a sauna or a bio mat session before each float. After the sauna, I went in for my first float. The capsules are in a room with a shower adjacent to them, so you can shower before/after your float. The float itself was incredible, zero gravity and zero vision really let's you narrow in on what's important... yourself. It's difficult to think of something when you're completely sensory deprived, floating let's you ease off into bliss while hitting the reset button on your life. Highly recommend! Ask for Ricardo!
