I was only a customer here for only 3 months and during that time had 2 different policies cancelled! The first time I was signed up with a 'discount' for having 6months prior insurance, & apparently I only had 5months. So after paying the deposit my policy was cancelled not even a month later. The lady that works in the office(Alex) told me over the phone to come into the office and she would sign me up with a cheaper policy. The day I went into meet her the office was closed as she had went home early that day, I show up the next day and she tells me she won't be able to sign me up with the cheaper policy because I didn't come in the day she asked me to! She signs me up with a more expensive policy than I originally had the first time(even though it was her fault it was cancelled) so no I'm paying ($257) for full coverage on one vehicle! I was set up on automatic payments, the following month my payment was not drafted from my account. I called the office and spoke to Alex once again who said she would get back to me & of course she never did! So there goes my 2nd policy cancelled! I call directly to the insurance agency and they tell me that the agent entered my card information wrong! But I would still have to start a new policy if I wanted to continue having coverage! Are you kidding me!? This is the WORST experience I have ever had with an insurance agency and not to mention some of the worst customer service!! Don't give these people your money.
