The best smoked turkey ever. The turkey had a nice pepper bark that didn't overpower the sweetness and flavor of the meat. That and the pepprery baked pinto beans were delightful. You can order by the quarter pound for meats and that's a plus, same for side dishes.

The Neutral, while solid the potato salad and Cole slaw we're standard fare and uninspired. That isn't to say that they were bad, just what you could get anywhere.

The bad: the smoked brisket was fatty and greasy with almost more viscera and connective tissue than actual meat. The flavor was good, but the fattiness was less than acceptable. The only bread offered appears to be white bread, in my opinion wheat bread, tortillas, and hamburger buns could also be offered as alternatives.

Summary: average no frills BBQ with amazing smoked turkey.
