Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 3641 Southwest Military Drive, San Antonio, Texas.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We've used this location before when we leave our car at the Ford dealership down the road. It's always been unorganized and slow but the past staff has been nice. Today however Ford called for our pick up and told them where to pick us up (very specific instructions were given while we stood there listening). Enterprise stated they would get us in 10-15 minutes. After an hour, I called enterprise to see if they were on their way...only to be told they went to the wrong location! What bothered me was they didn't even try to contact any of us to double check where we were...they just left us there. They got our pick up info...AGAIN...almost 30 minutes pass I call back again and the manager states they're short staffed and the driver took off else where... Are you kidding? close to the 2 hour mark of being stuck at Ford, and a ford employee offers to help us out since enterprise is only about 3 miles away. Super sweet! I called enterprise back to cancel our pick up no apology or anything!
