Great service. Ivy was very kind and her customer service was great. Food was hot and perfect. Highly recommend this location!!

I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but this location is just awful. I've come here time and time again, crossing my fingers that the experience would be better- nope! The amount of time it takes for them to even acknowledge customers coming through the door is unacceptable. I stood in a line with 4 other groups of people who hadn't been put on the waiting list. Food freshness is questionable, and food is usually awkwardly watery or barely warm. (also, one time, they were out of burger buns?!?) Most of the servers are exasperated, or obviously don't care. Could imagine that their tips often fall victim to poor management failures that they can't control.

Just go to one of the many other restaurants in the area. The experience isn't worth your $40.
