HOWEVER, warning: there is a man who hangs out at this location some evenings named Richard Martinez. He does NOT work at AutoZone. He will introduce himself as a mechanic and will offer to help diagnose your car. After he gives you a diagnosis and tries to help fix the issue, he will try to charge you $15 for his diagnosis. This is deceptive as he never told you he was charging you and rather gives the appearance of being a friendly person offering to help.

You have no obligation to pay him for anything because you did not agree to any contract with him, so don't feel obligated to pay.
